Ingredients:
1 1/4 pound(s) chickens breasts, cooked sliced thinly
1 green bell pepper sliced thinly
1 onion sliced thinly
10 slices monzarella cheese
5 hoagie rolls
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the onions and peppers. Cook until just soft.
2. Add the chicken to the pan and heat. Top with the peppers and onions.
3. Add the cheese slices and melt. Place on the buns.
4. Serve warm.
