Philly Cheese Steak Roll Ups

Perfect for a Super Bowl Party or any other get together
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 medium onion, diced small
1 small bell pepper, diced small (green or orange)
3 -4 button mushrooms, diced small
1 (12 piece) package thinly sliced steaks (e.g. steak-umm, prepared)
4 -5 large tortillas
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Saute the onion, pepper and mushrooms in a small amount of cooking oil until onions are browned.
2. While veggies are browning, mix cream cheese and sour cream together in a medium bowl.
3. Add cooked veggies to cream cheese mixture.
4. Add salt and pepper the mixture to taste.
5. Spread mixture on tortillas, being careful to keep the mixture about 1/2-inch from the edges.
6. Lay steak slices in a single layer over mixture.
7. Roll up (like a jelly roll) tightly from one edge. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
8. Put the rolls in the freezer for around 15 minutes (do not allow them to freeze).
9. Remove from freezer and slice into 1/2- to 1-inch rolls.
10. Serve at room temperature.
