PHILADELPHIA VANILLA MOUSSE CHEESECAKE

Ingredients:
40 nilla wafers crushed
3 tablespoon(s) butter melted
4 package(s) cream cheese softened
1 cup(s) sugar
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
3 eggs
1 tub(s) cool whip thawed
Directions:
1. HEAT oven to 325°F. Mix
2. wafer crumbs and butter;
3. press onto bottom of
4. -inch springform pan.
5. BEAT 3 pkg. cream
6. cheese, 3f4 cup sugar
7. and 1 Tbsp. vanilla with
8. mixer until well blended.
9. Add eggs, 1 at a time,
10. mixing on low speed after
11. each just until blended.
12. Pour over crust.
13. BAKE 50 to 55 min. or
14. until center is almost set.
15. Run knife around rim of
16. pan to loosen cake; cool
17. completely in pan.
18. BEAT remaining cream
19. cheese, sugar and vanilla
20. with mixer in large bowl
21. until well blended. Whisk in
22. COOL WHIP; spread over
23. cheesecake. Refrigerate
24. hours. Remove rim
25. of pan before serving
26. cheesecake. Garnish with
27. fresh berries if desired.
