Petite Peas With Thyme and Garlic

This is a simple, tasty side dish.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 (16 ounce) package frozen baby peas
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
seasoning salt
fresh ground pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oil, garlic and peas in a skillet.
2. Add thyme and lettuce.
3. Mix well, then cover and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
4. Peas should be bright but tender and lettuce should be wilted.
5. Add seasoned salt and pepper to taste.
