Peter's Perfect Oatmeal Puddin' Breakfast

An awesome Game On! Diet breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats (not instant)
3 egg whites
1/2 cup fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches, whatever you have, fresh or frozen)
1 teaspoon flax seed oil
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Directions:
1. Cook the oatmeal.
2. While it's still on the heat and almost ready fro serving, stir in the egg whites.
3. Continue cooking for a minute or so more to make the egg whites cook through.
4. Turn off the heat and add the fruit, flax seed oil and maple syrup.
