Ingredients:
1/4 cup pine nuts
5 cups basil leaves
5 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1/4 cup grated fat-free parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fat-free chicken broth
Directions:
1. Put everything in the food processor and blend till smooth.
2. Add chicken broth till smooth.
3. 1 serving is 1 TBS. Try topping chicken, shrimp, or pasta!
