Pesto-Tossed Cauliflower

Ingredients:
4 cups cauliflower florets
1/2 cup water
2 1/2 tablespoons commercial pesto sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl; pour water over cauliflower. Cover with plastic wrap; vent. Microwave at HIGH 6 minutes or until done.
2. Drain cauliflower, and return to dish. Add pesto, salt, and pepper; toss well. Cover; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until hot.
