Pesto Personal Pizzas

Kids love pizza and this recipe is lower in fat and healthier as it's made with ground turkey on whole wheat pitas.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb ground turkey
6 whole wheat pita bread
1 tablespoon coarse salt
1 tablespoon dried oregano
6 tablespoons pesto sauce
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 cup asiago cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In a large skillet on medium-high, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for 2 minutes more.
3. Add ground turkey and sauté until completely cooked and starting to brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. Brush each pita with remaining olive oil. Season each pita with salt and oregano. Spread pita with 1 tablespoons of the pesto.
5. Divide turkey mixture evenly among the 6 pitas. Repeat with pine nuts and chees.
6. Transfer pizzas to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
