Pesto Cheese Tarts

A tasty-looking appetizer from Simple & Delicious magazine.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup chopped tomato
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons prepared pesto sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (2 1/8 ounce) package frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except tart shells. Spoon by heaping teaspoonfuls into shells.
3. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 8-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
