Personal Tortilla Pizza

Pizza made with 6 tortilla shell, pasta sauce and veggies.
Ingredients:
2 tbl onion
2 tbl bell peppers, any color
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
5 black olives, sliced
1 6 tortilla
2 tbl pasta sauce
2 tbl shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
2. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Warm over medium-high heat. Add onion, peppers, and garlic. Cook about 3 minutes.
3. Add tomatoes and olives, cook for additional 2 minutes.
4. Spray pizza pan with non-cook spray, place tortilla on pan and bake for about 3 minutes, until crisp.
5. Remove pan from oven, spread pasta sauce on tortilla, and add veggies. Top with cheese and return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese melted.
