A great compliment to any middle eastern dish.
Ingredients:
16 ounces pomegranate juice
4 ounces fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange blossom water
1/4 cup sugar (or more, to taste)
20 ounces club soda (to taste)
Directions:
1. Mix together pomegranate juice, lemon juice, orange blossom water and sugar until sugar dissolves.
2. Pour 5 ounces of mixture into a glass and slowly add 5 ounces (or more to taste) of club soda, stirring slowly.
3. Add several ice cubes to chill, and serve.
