I had this for breakfast for nearly 6 months! It's filling, tasty, and is a quick perk for any morning.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon brown sugar substitute
2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons raisins
Directions:
1. Put oatmeal and water in a deep bowl and microwave on high for one minute. (Watch to see if oatmeal starts spills over; if so, take out. *Note: oatmeal does rise but doesn't always spill over).
2. Stir in rest of ingredients.
3. Enjoy!
