Pie-crust dough.
Ingredients:
4 c flour
1 t sugar
2 t salt
1 t white vinegar
1 3/4 c crisco
1/2 c cold water
1 large egg
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix well with a fork, flour, sugar and salt.
2. Add shortening; mix well with fork until crumbly.
3. In a small bowl, beat water, vinegar and eggs.
4. Add to flour mixture; stir until moistened.
5. Divide dough into 5 portions and shape each into a flat circle.
6. Wrap each circle in plastic and chill at least 1/2 hour.
7. Makes 5 - 9 crust.
