These pancakes never fail!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
2. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, egg, and oil together.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir.
5. The batter will be lumpy.
6. Turn on the greased griddle to medium heat.
7. Pour some of the batter into the griddle.
8. Cook until the bottoms are light brown.
9. Flip the pancakes over and cook until the bottom is light brown.
10. Enjoy!
