Ingredients:
3 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp tumeric
1 tblsp soy sauce
1 tsp onion powder
dash crushed red pepper
1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
1/2 cup onion diced
3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
green onion snipped
dallop sour cream
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Saute onion and red bell pepper in soy sauce for 5 min
2. Whisk eggs, milk, garlic salt, chicken seasoning, tumeric, onion powder, crushed red pepper.
3. Coat skillet with cooking spray heated to med-low.
4. Poor egg mixture into pan and cook for 2-3 min.
5. Add cheese on top, cook for additional 1 min.
6. Fold over, wait about 10 seconds
7. slide out of skillet onto plate
8. garnish with green onion, sour cream and cheese
