Perfect Meatballs

This is a recipe I came across mostly from trial and error. The measurements are not exact, but the general idea is in there somewhere. This makes a few batches worth, as we like to freeze them and use them for later. Great for meatball subs, italian wedding soup, and red sauce.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground italian sausage
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup breadcrumbs (plain)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons parsley
2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly (use your hands for best results).
3. Roll into golf ball size meatballs.
4. Arrange on a greased baking sheet.
5. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning over halfway through.
