Perfect Meat Balls

These meat balls can be used in many things. we love them in sweet and sour sauce.
Ingredients:
2 to 3 lbs of ground beef extra lean. you can also use ground pork, chicken , or any other ground meat to make these meat balls.
spices to your taste. i use garlic and italian seasoning and some times parmesan cheese. in my meat balls.
use 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 to 2 tsp. of italian seasoning and about a couple tablespoons of parmesan cheese.
sprinkle black pepper into meat as desired for your taste.
sprinkle salt if you wish into these meat balls.
Directions:
1. heat oven to 5oo degrees.
2. take parchment paper and line a broiler pan or cookie sheet with paper.
3. mix above ingredients in a big mixing bowl mix well.
4. with a table spoon measure meat balls out by getting a heaping tbsp. of ground beef on spoon and place meat in hand and roll into a ball then place on cookie sheet or broiler pan that has been lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
5. make sure the meat balls do not touch. then place in 5oo degree oven for 15 mins. or till light brown. watch closely so they dont burn.
6. these meat balls can be made ahead of time and frozen to use for all kinds of dishes. meat balls may look dry but they are not. this is a very quick way to make a lot of meat balls for a party.
