Perfect Basic Rice

I saw Rachel Ray make rice the other day using this method. I tweeked it a little as I just wanted basic rice.
Ingredients:
1 cup long grain rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon butter
Directions:
1. In a saucepan with a good fitting lid bring chicken broth and butter to a boil.
2. Add rice and stir.
3. Cover and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 20 minutes. DO NOT LIFT LID!
4. Remove from heat and fluff with fork. Serve!
