Perfect Banana Sheera ( Semolina Pudding With Bananas)

There is a similar recipe on the site but not the same one. After trying various recipes from the internet, I landed on this one. This is a perfect recipe which gives perfect results :). Servings are guesstimates
Ingredients:
5 bananas, chopped finely
1 1/4 cups semolina
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups clarified butter (ghee)
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons raisins, soaked in water for 2 hours
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Directions:
1. Roast semolina in the ghee till aromatic.
2. Heat milk and lower the flame.
3. Add roasted rava, chopped bananas, sugar and blend well.
4. Add raisins and cardamom powder.
5. Heat through and serve hot.
6. It can also be chilled and served.
