Peppy Garlic Bread

Yummy garlic bread with coarsely ground black pepper and a little kick of red pepper flakes.
Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Slice bread in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 5 slices. Spread each slice with mayo.
3. Mix together the cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle evenly onto bread slices.
4. Reconstruct loaf, wrap tightly in aluminum foil, and bake about 20 minutes until hot and toasted.
