A great kick to a ordinary pot roast. You can make the broth into gravy to pour over garlic mashed potatoes or buttered noodles.
Ingredients:
4 lbs beef roast
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 teaspoons celery salt
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 dash nutmeg
Directions:
1. Place raost in slow cooker.
2. Combien remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
3. Cover and cook on High 6 to 9 hours.
