Ingredients:
4 large red onions, quartered
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup chicken stock or 1/4 cup vegetable stock
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
hot sauce, to taste
Directions:
1. In crockpot, combine the onions, oil, oregano and stock.
2. Stir to combine, cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until onions are tender.
3. Season with salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste, serve.
