Pepperoni Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
12 oz package tricolor rotini noodles
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, cubed (about 8 oz)
4 oz sliced pepperoni
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
dressing
1 tbsp italian vinegar & oil dressing base
1 tsp italian herb mix
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup vinegar
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. In small bowl, mix the dressing base, herb mix and garlic with water and let sit 5 minutes. When the pasta is done, drain and rinse briefly. Add onion, olives, cheese, pepperoni, peas, salt, and pepper to the pasta. For the dressing, mix the spices with the oil and vinegar. Whisk well. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well.
