Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon minced fresh marjoram
1 clove garlic, minced
cracked peppercorns or lemon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, marjoram, and garlic in a small mixing bowl; beat until fluffy and well blended.
2. Form mixture into a ball, and coat with pepper.
3. Chill 2 to 3 hours.
