Peppered Breakfast Bacon

Just a slight twist to your usual Breakfast bacon. Try it you may love it!
Ingredients:
1 lb thick sliced bacon
brown sugar
fresh cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Put the bacon on a rack over a roasting pan.
3. Lightly sprinkle the bacon with brown sugar& the black pepper.
4. Bake apprx 15 minutes or until done.
5. It should be golden& crispy.
6. Serve really hot.
