Serve over steak or chicken.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon whiskey
butter
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon green peppercorn, drained and crushed
Directions:
1. Add whiskey and small amount of butter to skillet. Heat high. Add peppercorns. Reduce heat to simmer and add cream and dijon. Stir well.
