This is a really good chinese type recipe that my mom used to make on cold winter days.
Ingredients:
1 lb round steak
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup carrot, sliced
5 beef bouillon cubes
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
5 cups water
Directions:
1. Brown round steak and onions.
2. Add bouillon cubes and water.
3. Simmer 1/2 to 1 hour or until tender. Add green pepper and carrots. cook 10 minutes.
4. Make gravy. Serve with rice.
