Ingredients:
3 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
3 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine sugar, vinegar, water, and salt; stir well with a whisk. Pour over cabbage mixture, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour.
