These are great on taste and good as a side dish, appetizer or main dish with a salad. Enjoy
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1 small white onion sliced
1 small green pepper julienned
1 small sweet red pepper julienned
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl combine soy sauce, garlic powder and pepper.
2. Place 1 tablespoon mixture in a large skillet and set aside.
3. Add beef to remaining soy sauce mixture then mix well and shape into four patties.
4. Add oil to skillet then heat on medium.
5. Add onion and peppers then cook and stir 4 minutes or until crisp tender.
6. Remove and set aside then add patties to skillet and cook 5 minutes turning once.
7. Top patties with peppers and onion then heat through.
