From - Easy to make & delicious. Serve it hot, or the pasta sticks together. The Pasta is specifically linguini or fetucinni. The cheese must be grated and the arugula can be substituted with spinach if necessary. I always add more pepper than the recipe says because I like a good kick :-).
Ingredients:
1 lb pasta
140 grams pecorino romano cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 cup arugula
Directions:
1. Grate the cheese (if not bought pre grated) - add more or less depending on how much you like
2. Boil the water and cook the pasta, reserving 1 cup cooking liquid
3. Place the butter with the cooked pasta and coat, maybe replace butter with olive oil and more water
4. Dash on cheese and pepper evenly
5. Mix in the Arugula
6. Serve Hot!
