Pepper Jack Mashed Potatoes

Who doesn't like pepperjack cheese and potatoes.. this will be a favorite! From a Club on the Net.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds yukon gold potatoes with skins, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to boiling. Add potatoes, cook for 20 min. or until tender. Drain and return to pot. Add milk and butter to potatoes. Mash potatoes, leaving lumps if desired. Add cheese, salt and pepper, blending well.
