Ingredients:
cooking spray
2 cups sliced onions
1 cup sliced green bell pepper
1 cup sliced red bell pepper
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup water
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Spray medium skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium until hot.
2. Add onions, pepper and garlic to skillet; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add water to skillet; cook, covered, over medium low until vegetables are very tender and creamy, 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
