Banana, blueberries and peaches blended with yogurt and fruit syrup. Use any flavor of syrup to taste. My kids like to freeze this for ice pops.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup frozen peach slices
1/4 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons all fruit blueberry syrup
1/8 cup rice milk
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine banana, frozen blueberries, frozen peach slices, yogurt and syrup. Blend until smooth. add rice milk and blend to desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.
