Pennsylvania Red Cabbage

Serve this crispy, tangy side dish with baked fish or roast.
Ingredients:
2 tbs brown sugar ( i used regular sugar)
2 tbs vinegar (i use 1 tbsp)
1 tbs cooking oil
1/4 tsp caraway seed
2 cups shredded red or green cabbage
3/4 cup coarsely chopped apple
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat oil. Stir in together brown sugar, vinegar, caraway seed, 2Tbsp water, 1/4 tsp salt and dash pepper. Cook for 3 minutes or till hot, stirring occasionally. Add in cabbage and apple. Cook, covered, over medium low heat for 12minutes or till crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
