Penne Shrimp and Broccoli

Ingredients:
1 pound frozen shrimp, thawed, peeled and deveined
8 ounces broccoli, frozen florets
12 ounces penne pasta, whole wheat
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Cook pasta and drain. In a large skillet, saute garlic and onion in olive oil until tender. Season with the salt. Add broccoli; cook and stir over medium heat for approximately 6 minutes. Add shrimp; cook an additional 4-5 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and broccoli is tender-crisp. Stir in pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
