Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly saute garlic and onions until translucent.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook 1 minute.
  3. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook 1 minute more.
  4. Finish by adding chicken broth, butter, arugula or spinach, basil and cheese. Stir until heated.
  5. Toss with cooked pasta.
