Ingredients:
4 salmon steaks
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup hot mustard
2 tbsp orange juice
Directions:
1. Place the salmon steaks in a Pyrex baking dish. Whisk together the mustard, soy sauce, orange juice and oil in a bowl.
2. Pour the sauce over the salmon steaks and marinade for 2 to 3 hours.
3. When ready to serve, place the salmon under a hot grill. Baste with the marinade, and grill for 4 minutes per side.
4. Transfer to a platter and serve.
