Ingredients:
1 cup mango, peeled and julienned
1 tablespoon vietnamese basil, minced
1 teaspoon shallot, minced
1/2 cup green apple, julienned
1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons lime juice
zest from 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Mix to combine dressing.
2. Toss the salad ingredients together along with 2-3 tbsp of dressing. Serve immediately.
