Ingredients:

1 (16 ounce) container cottage cheese, small curd

1 (8 ounce) carton cool whip

1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained

1 (3 ounce) box orange jell-o, dry

pecans, for garnish (optional)

coconut flakes, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
