Pecan Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

I also think this would be great with oatmeal regular or steel cut.
Ingredients:
2 cups 1% low-fat milk
1 cup quinoa
1/3 cup dried cranberries or 1/3 cup raisins
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 tablespoon honey or 1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

Directions:
1. Bring milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in quinoa, cranberries and butter. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until quinoa is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/3 cup chopped toasted pecans and next 3 ingredients.
2. Spoon 1 cup quinoa mixture into each of 2 bowls. Top each serving with additional chopped toasted pecans, milk, honey or brown sugar, as desired.
