Easy, indulgent recipe adapted from FlyLady. frozen bread dough, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans cvt
Ingredients:
36 oz (2 loaves) bread dough (semi-defrosted)
1 stick of butter, melted (1/2 cup)
1 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (mix into the brown sugar)
1 cup of chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Grease a bundt cake pan. Roll each blob of semi-defrosted dough in the butter; then in the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Put a layer in the dough blobs and sprinkle with nuts. Keep adding layers till you have used up all the dough blobs.
2. You can put this together and put back into the freezer and pull out the day before you want to use it and put it in the refrigerator to thaw. Then the night before take it out and set it on the counter covered by dry clean cloth to rise.
3. In the morning put the bundt pan in a 350 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes.
4. Take it out of the oven and turn upside down on a platter. Do not allow to cool because it will stick.
