Pecan Pie Mini Muffins

Mini Pecan Pies in muffin form.
Ingredients:
1 cup bown sugar; packed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup pecans; chopped
2/3 cup margarine; melted
2 eggs; beaten
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, and pecans; set aside
2. Combine butter and eggs; mix well.
3. Stir into the flour mixture.
4. Fill greased & floured (PAM) mini muffin tins about 2/3 full.
5. Bake 350^F for 15 to 20 minutes or until muffin tests done.
6. REMOVE immediately and let cool. Muffin will stick to pan if not removed immediately.
