This is my special recipe that I fix for our family's Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
Ingredients:
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup karo syrup (dark)
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup whole pecans
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 pie crust (store bought)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and place in pie crust.
2. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted is clean.
