Ingredients:
2 cups pecans, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 pinch salt
2 large egg whites
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
Directions:
1. Mix the pecans, flour, cornstarch, and salt in a small bowl.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually.
3. Fold in the flour/nut mixture.
4. Drop by spoonfulls onto parchment paper.
5. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for about 18-20 minutes.
