Pecan-crusted Cajun Catfish

Catfish baked in a spicy cajun blend with toasted pecans and a honey-lemon sauce.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
4 catfish fillets
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combine the thyme, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt and cayenne in a bowl.
3. Toast the pecans with a little cooking spray in a fry-pan for about 5 minutes, then set aside.
4. In a baking tray or pyrex dish, spread out the catfish filets and sprinkle the cajun spices over them until they are coated.
5. Combine the lemon juice and honey and drizzle over the filets.
6. Sprinkle the pecans on top.
7. Bake 15-20 minutes.
