Pecan Crusted Bacon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Stir together pecans, brown sugar and pepper.
  3. Place bacon on lightly greased wire rack in aluminum foil lined pan.
  4. Press pecan mixture into bacon and bake 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
