Pecan Chicken with Brandy Sauce

Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
3/4 lb butter
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 pinch garlic
1 pinch parsley
1/8 cup finely chopped onion
dijon mustard (i use about half a small jar)
Directions:
1. Coat chicken with crumbs and pecans.
2. Bake at 350 degrees until done (about 45 minutes).
3. Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan.
4. Warm through, stirring often.
5. Pour over chicken and serve.
