Pecan Chicken

Found in a Texas cookbook and adapted slightly. Careful not to overcook.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup pecans, ground
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
1 egg, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
8 (5 ounce) chicken breasts, boneless skinless
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup pecans, coarsley chopped
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
2. Mix together egg and buttermilk.
3. Dip breasts in egg mixture and then coat well in flour mixture.
4. Melt butter in baking dish. Place chicken in dish, turning once to coat with butter.
5. Sprinkle with coarsley chopped pecans.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
