Ingredients:
1 lb. margarine, (do not use butter)
1 lb. new york sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 cups flour
salt, to taste
cayenne, to taste
pecan halves
Directions:
1. Cream margarine. Add grated cheese and blend well. Add flour, salt and cayenne. Roll into 1 balls. Press pecan half on top of each. Refrigerate overnight before baking.
2. Bake at 250* for about 45-60 minutes or until light brown and crisp.
3. Freezes well.
