Ingredients:
1 (12-ounce) package fresh broccoli florets
1 tablespoon light butter
3 tablespoons chopped pecans, toasted
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Arrange broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Plunge broccoli into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain.
2. Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until melted. Add broccoli, pecans, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring gently, 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
